I really enjoyed what we did in history this year, I learned a lot in fun and exciting ways. One of the major projects that we did during the first half of the school year was the C-SPAN project. We picked a topic that we thought was crucial for the new president to address. Then we would proceed to create a video and convince people that our topic was important.

My partner and I picked LGBTQ rights as ours. We thought this was important due to the hate that is sometimes brought against them and we just think that there a things the president can address and support to get these people the rights needed. I really enjoyed this project because we had the choice of our topic and found our own ways to show people that everyone is human and should be loved all the same. This is something I strongly believe in and support and I am glad that I got to express this through my project.
